About Me

I work with people who are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and big life transitions such as pregnancy, recovering from illness, grief or loss, or simply coming to terms with ageing. This is often a time when it’s easy to feel disconnected from your body, your sense of calm, or your capacity to cope.

Many of my clients are neurodivergent, or are parents to neurodivergent children, both which can bring up unique challenges, and I offer a space where you don’t have to mask, explain or hold it all together. Everyone is welcome as they are.

My sessions draw on 15 years’ experience and are shaped by nervous system and somatic approaches to wellbeing, including Polyvagal Theory.

I value working collaboratively, providing supportive and responsive sessions that are person-centred.

The focus of my sessions is on helping your body feel safe again, helping you to gently unwind stored stress, build resilience, and reconnect with your own inner rhythm.

This approach is also reflected in my facial massage practice. Using anatomy-informed techniques to gently release tension, the sessions aim to soothe the nervous system. You feel softened, more grounded and at ease.

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to making environmentally conscious choices. I use gentle, natural products free from SLS and parabens, and prioritise local suppliers, reusable products and sustainable materials wherever possible.

Clients often describe my sessions as intuitive, grounding and emotionally supportive — a mix of relaxation, release and body/mind reset. If you're looking for gentle, natural support to help you feel more at ease in your body and your life, I’m here whenever you’re ready.

Qualifications and Training

I’ve been a qualified reflexologist since 2011, originally trained with the International Institute of Reflexology on a year-long diploma taught by respected reflexologist Hagar Basis. Alongside reflexology, I hold a Professional Diploma in Facial Rejuvenation (2015) and Indian Head Massage (2018), both trained by Mary Dalgleish with the London Centre of Indian Champissage.

I’m passionate about ongoing learning and regularly update my skills through professional development courses and independent learning. Over the years I've attended many specialist courses in reflexology in areas such as neurodivergence, fertility and maternity support, Reflexology Lymph Drainage and Structural Reflexology. I have attended multiple trainings around wellbeing, including Resilience Practitioner training, Positive Psychology, Embodiment, Polyvagal theory, Autism and ADHD.

A few years ago, I worked at The Copleston Centre in Peckham, offering reflexology for people in mental health recovery, and now work alongside a charity called Towards Tomorrow Together, supporting couples who are affected by baby loss.

I'm trained to run workshops for parents and carers of autistic and neurodivergent children with high levels of anxiety, teaching a simple reflexology sequence that can be used as an effective regulation tool to soothe the nervous system, using the Functional Reflex Therapy Framework.

My facial and massage training also includes Natural Facials, Facial Gua Sha, anatomy-based fascia work and TMJ-focused massage.

My extensive training enables me to be a member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Federation of Holistic Therapists, and to be fully insured with Alan Boswell.
